Focus! Focus!

Who, of my fellow blog readers, ever finds them self having a hard time concentrating? Do you ever find yourself depressed? Do you ever find that you have daily headaches, that are not due to stress tension? If you do, you need to load up on vitamin B-6. Vitamin B-6 helps with brain function. For you students, it helps you remember things you study so that you can concentrate better when exam time comes around. Vitamin B-6 is a water-soluable vitamin, which means that you urinate it out everyday, and therefore need to replace it EVERYDAY! B-6 is found in animal protein foods, spinach, broccoli, bananas, salmon, sunflower seeds, and avacoados. Eat your B-6 and your brain will be happy!

A Little Background...

I am a nerd. But even worse, I have become a health nerd. I'm studying Consumer Health in the Health Promotion department at the U. I have been learning so much awesome health and nutrition information so far this semester. I love what I learn, and I love to share what I learn, and that is why I am starting this health blog. I hope to scare the health into you! I plan to blog about different things I learn at school to help you improve your health. I hope to improve my health as well.
