Focus! Focus!
Who, of my fellow blog readers, ever finds them self having a hard time concentrating? Do you ever find yourself depressed? Do you ever find that you have daily headaches, that are not due to stress tension? If you do, you need to load up on vitamin B-6. Vitamin B-6 helps with brain function. For you students, it helps you remember things you study so that you can concentrate better when exam time comes around. Vitamin B-6 is a water-soluable vitamin, which means that you urinate it out everyday, and therefore need to replace it EVERYDAY! B-6 is found in animal protein foods, spinach, broccoli, bananas, salmon, sunflower seeds, and avacoados. Eat your B-6 and your brain will be happy!

Awesome! You should totally apply to write a weekly health/nutrition column for the Chronicle! I think you would be really good!
Ditto to mad dog.
Is b-6 found in beans? I hope so. That's all I eat nowadays...
